Incoming Students
Priority for spaces is given to current on-campus residents, who will have the opportunity to choose before transfer and off-campus students. We do, however, encourage students to seek out study abroad opportunities or internships, and those provisions are included in the section of your contract detailing proper termination. If you do not select a space by the time your appointment time expires, you will not be offered another appointment time, and your housing registration will be cancelled.

University Village apartments feature full kitchens and are unfurnished, offering residents the opportunity to customize their space. Rates include WiFi and Ethernet internet access, on-site laundry, water, power and sewer. Unless you are participating in commencement, you must checkout within 24 hours after your last final exam (residence halls and UV east only). Graduate and undergraduate students with families, spouses or domestic partners who have been admitted to the University of Georgia can register for housing. Current students already live in University housing or are currently enrolled at the University of Georgia and living off campus. When you register for housing, you will pay a non-refundable registration fee of $35.

Residents may park in W07 an hour prior to their checkout appointment. Residents must show their checkout appointment confirmation email to the staff at the lot to park.
